Interactive Resources’ building evaluation services provide a comprehensive "check-up" of existing buildings, assessing current conditions and identifying repair needs.

The evaluation addresses a variety of issues, including: evidence of hazardous conditions; all safety and environmental safety related items; utilities; accessibility; structural systems; grounds and approaches; landscape and irrigation systems; millwork; moisture protection components; waterproofing systems for walls, slabs, masonry, concrete and woods; roof systems; interior finishes; fireproofing; asbestos and hazardous materials; special building elements; equipment use in special use areas; and, mechanical and electrical systems.

The resulting report identifies the condition and repair needs of buildings and building systems and identifies work items and detailed cost estimates to ensure short term (5 years) operational continuity of the facility, as well as plan major capital reinvestment for long term (20 years) utilization.
