Once we have completed an investigation, we prepare clear and understandable reports that address specific construction and design defects. These reports also trace the history of the problems, determine causes, suggest solutions, and provide cost estimates for repairs, and are designed to objectively review and document the situation as it exists based on construction documents, applicable codes, and industry standards.

Although not all construction defects or negligence claims result in litigation, many do. Interactive Resources’ staff are trained and experienced at providing technical support to legal counsel to assist in productive settlement negotiations, or to prevail at a court trial or arbitration.
