We believe that the key to successful programming is involvement. Through a series of meetings and site visits, we document and evaluate the present building and/or site conditions, as well as discuss present and future needs and technological advances, and how structural, mechanical and other building utility systems, properly planned today, can accommodate future growth and change. Along with our client, we often visit existing facilities with similar programming requirements, where we make observations and interview building occupants to determine the facility’s strengths and weaknesses.
This information gathering, analysis and program development process helps us, along with our client, to determine the best course of action to meet project goals and ultimately forms the foundation upon which we build the design.
