Interactive Resources has completed designs for numerous major repair/renovation projects, as building owners recognize the need to upgrade their facilities for safety, building longevity, and program changes.

In the initial phases of any remodel or expansion project, we perform a detailed evaluation of the existing structure, and explore how to best accommodate current and future changes in the building's use.

Often an existing building must remain at least partially occupied during renovation. To address this issue, we coordinate with building owners and users, and work closely with project contractors, to schedule the work in phases and outside of regular business hours whenever possible, therefore causing minimal disruption to occupants during construction.

We have had extensive experience in the renovation of existing structures, and our investigations of construction defects in a variety of building types has strongly influenced our approach to the design of new, remodel and expansion projects.
