Interactive Resources offers site master planning services for both public and private clients. Through a series of meetings, we gather information regarding the overall vision for the site, including short and long-range requirements specific to projected growth and expanded or contracted use. We then use this information to develop a conceptual site plan, outlining how the site will be utilized over a span of five to thirty or more years.

Our site master planning projects include the Richmond Corporation Yard, PG&E's Richmond Service Center, and the Marina Bay Condominiums.
