Mr. Clinton has more than 40 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. He provides excellent analytical and investigative services for new designs, additions, renovations, and seismic upgrades. He has a wealth of knowledge concerning construction observation, investigation and repair, pre-loan review of construction documents, and existing buildings review. He has also performed numerous seismic reviews and risk evaluations of properties across the Western United States.
