Mr. Blouin has more than 24 years of experience in the field of architecture. His past experience as a general contractor, building commercial, residential, and custom homes, significantly informs him as a designer. At Interactive Resources, he specializes in accessibility surveying. He also assists with the preparation of construction documents and design details. He is an excellent communicator and has strong strategic, creative, and conceptual abilities. He meets with the clients, consultants, local jurisdictions, and in- house team members to achieve the desired design goals and meet code requirements. He also conducts site investigations for permit requirements and assists in construction administration.
