We’re pleased to introduce two new team members: Michael McCombe and Marilou Sasai.
Michael McCombe has more than 20 years of experience in CADD drafting and is working toward his architectural license. He is a designer/drafter who cares about exceptional results. At Interactive Resources, he is part of a team responsible for the production of site plans, elevation drawings, floor plans, section illustrations, and construction documents for both public agency and private sector projects. His responsibilities also include site evaluations, field measurements and high wire stunts. He is pursuing greater proficiency in all things related to his craft, including design, conception, technology and an always growing, greater understanding of the newest software and graphic techniques including Building Information Management (BIM) 3D models in Autodesk Revit.
Marilou joined Interactive Resources earlier this year as the accounting manager for the team. She brings many years of experience as an account manager in the surety 
business with various insurance companies and insurance brokers, and as an operations manager for a structural engineering firm and a construction company. Marilou’s skills range from start-up operations, strategic planning, contract review and management, and overseeing accounting data, to assisting non-profit organizations in fundraising and community outreach programs and one of her favorite skills: event planning.
Marilou is active in the community assisting Christian non-profit organizations. She served as an advisory board member for the Salvation Army. Marilou has two wonderful sons with her husband, who is a mechanical engineer. Needless to say, she surrounds herself with engineers and architects!
