Responsible for all phases of projects involving diagnostics, forensics, remedial repair design and construction administration. The position requires a thorough knowledge of construction technology including building codes, building materials, building costs, field testing, sampling procedures, and construction techniques. Also requires the ability to research and prepare technically accurate, readable, and organized written reports.
