Maritime Center Rehabilitation Nears Completion
As a volunteer and board member of Rosie the Riveter Trust, Tom Butt, FAIA, LEED® AP has been the pro bono project manager for this project since 2006, assembling grants totaling over $4.5 million and arranging additional Historic Preservation and New Markets Tax Credits for another $3 million.

Appellant Court Affirms Award to Architect
In 2009, Tom Butt, FAIA, LEED AP, testified as an expert witness on the standard of care in an arbitration in Los Angeles on behalf of architect, Kelly Sutherlin McLeod (Kelly Sutherlin McLeod Architecture, Inc., et al. v. Michael D. Schneickert).
