Maritime Center Rehabilitation Nears Completion
As a volunteer and board member of Rosie the Riveter Trust, Tom Butt, FAIA, LEED® AP has been the pro bono project manager for this project since 2006, assembling grants totaling over $4.5 million and arranging additional Historic Preservation and New Markets Tax Credits for another $3 million.

Appellant Court Affirms Award to Architect
