Michael Hannah, AIA, LEED AP

Michael is a Licensed Architect in California and a LEED Accredited Professional with more than 16 years of experience. He has also been a Lecturer and Architecture Design Studio Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley. Michael currently serves on the City of Richmond’s Design Review Board.

Born and raised in Scotland, Michael attended the Edinburgh College of Art at the Heriot-Watt University and later came to America on an Exchange Scholarship to the University of Kansas. Michael‘s broad experience in architectural design spans many building types and scale, ranging from public agency office spaces to libraries, multifamily housing, commercial properties and many types of private residences. He has contributed to numerous award winning and widely published projects recognized for Design Excellence both locally and nationally.

Michael lives in Richmond with his wife and young son.
