Sunnyvale Community Center Facility Condition Assessments

The Sunnyvale Community Center is located at 550 East Remington Drive in Sunnyvale and includes an Indoor Sports Center, Recreation (Administration) Building, Creative Arts Center and a 200-seat theater. This facility assessment project included various services as required to upgrade or replace mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), roofing components and ADA accessibility upgrades of the Sunnyvale Community Center. A rapid seismic evaluation was also performed of the four buildings. Interactive Resources provided an assessment of the four buildings, including roofing and building envelope, and we provided a report of our findings and recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
