Interactive Resources was retained by Cushman & Wakefield to provide architectural design and engineering services for a local utility company’s customer service office located at 100 North Main Street in Fort Bragg, California. This 3,200 sf space was converted from an existing lease space into a welcoming and functional customer service facility, featuring a lobby area with payment kiosk, web zone kiosk, teller station with ADA station; office space; conference room; communications room; focus room; kitchen/break room and work stations. The work required minor structural and electrical upgrades, as well as workstations, power/data and ADA upgrades. Sustainable design elements were integrated with environmentally-friendly architectural finishes; energy-efficient MEP systems and plumbing fixtures. We worked within our client’s color and finish guidelines to create an interior that is professional, warm and inviting.
