Interactive Resources is providing architectural, civil and structural engineering, and landscape architectural services for PowerPlant, Inc.’s 19+ acre cannabis agricultural community located along Richmond’s North Shoreline. PowerPlant Park has modeled itself as a turnkey opportunity for craft growers and canna-investors. This is the first legal development of its kind in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The park consists of 44 hybrid greenhouse facilities and supporting buildings, engineered specifically for medical cannabis and fabricated by the premier manufacturer of hybrid greenhouses for agricultural production. Park amenities include:
