Interactive Resources is currently under contract with the County of Mendocino for On-Call Architectural Services. As part of this contract, the firm is providing forensic architecture and engineering services for the replacement of existing roofs and HVAC equipment at the Sheriff’s, Administration and Public Health/Mental Health Facilities in Ukiah, California.
An initial assessment was provided for each facility that evaluated the roof, the HVAC, mechanical and structural systems. Plans and construction documents were prepared for replacing the existing roof and mechanical units. Included in the schematic phase were recommendations for correcting drainage deficiencies, desirable structural improvements and replacing large mechanical units. Cost estimates and bid package were provided for the repair design, and we provided construction administration services on all projects.
