Project Type: Education, K-12

Woodrow Wilson Elementary School is one of several schools identified by the West Contra Costa Unified School District as in critical need of upgrade as part of the master plan for the district’s $1.6 billion construction bond fund. Interactive Resources’ successful track record on dozens of projects for K-12 and college districts secured our selection as the architect and structural engineer-of-record for the complete modernization of the facility to bring it into line with 21st century learning. The firm provided architectural design, master planning, structural engineering services, for the reconstruction of this 700 student elementary school that accommodates kindergarten through sixth grade.

We have completed the schematic design, and are providing bridging design documents for the modernization of the existing school and site elements in their entirety and the construction of a brand new state-of-the-art facility.
