The James Ranch facility is located at 19050 Malaguerra Avenue in Morgan Hill, California. The campus provides juvenile rehabilitation services. The facility houses both male and female youth offenders ages 15-18, with a focus on rehabilitating and helping them productively return to their communities. This includes offering education in trades and skills and working with other agencies and non-profits to provide intervention, therapy and other services for the youth inmates.

Interactive Resources provided a comprehensive site utilities condition assessment of the current condition of the old campus (including recommendations for remediation work), developing of as-built CAD drawings of the existing site utilities systems, and making recommendations for a 10-year plan to accommodate future campus growth expectations (from the current 108-bed facility to a 216-bed facility).

The scope of work includes the development of a critical path method (CPM) based schedule to implement the remediation recommendations and replacement plans. A ROM (rough order of magnitude) cost estimate will accompany the study.
