Carolina Mindiola is a LEED Accredited Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction. She has worked on hospitality, healthcare, multi-family, commercial, educational, institutional and government projects as a designer, project manager, owner representative and construction administrator; she also has provided LEED coordination services from conceptual design through certification and led projects from conception through opening day.

Carolina is a project designer and project manager at Interactive Resources and is responsible for schematics, design development, construction documents, 3D modeling, marketing material and presentations. In addition, she has 6+ years of experience in Construction Management and Owner Representation.

Carolina has studied architecture in Venezuela and the U.S. She is fluent in Spanish and English including experienced in the metric and imperial system.
