Paul Westermann’s 38 years of engineering experience trace back to Penn State, where he earned his architectural engineering degree from in 1979. From there Paul headed west, amassing a diverse engineering portfolio including hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial and industrial buildings, casinos, telecommunication facilities, and airline facilities. In the last two decades Paul has developed an expertise in structural engineering services for solar photovoltaic array projects and has worked on some of the largest in the world. Paul is a principal and senior structural engineer at Interactive Resources, and oversees the structural design of roof-mounted and ground-mounted PV arrays from conception to completion of construction, and under Paul’s leadership, Interactive Resources has become a leading firm in solar array design.
Paul is licensed in two dozen states as well as Puerto Rico. He lives in the historic Gold Rush town of Angel’s Camp, California, with his wife Lisa, and son Paul Jr.
