This project involved the development of construction drawings and specifications for the roof replacements at the Language Arts and Music Buildings at San Rafael High School. The scope of work included the demolition of the existing roofing substrate, correction of drainage deficiencies, and installation of a new modified bitumen roofing system. The upgraded roofing system offers improved thermal performance and enhanced solar reflectivity, contributing to increased energy efficiency for the buildings over time.
