Vintage High School is a fully accredited comprehensive high school with a wide range of academic offerings, athletic opportunities, and student activities with a student body count of over 1,800. It is one of three comprehensive high schools in the Napa Valley Unified School District.

Interactive Resources was retained by Napa Valley Unified School District to provide architectural and engineering services for the Napa Vintage High School Gymnasium. Our services included: construction documents/permitting, bidding, and construction administration services for the roof replacement.

An initial roof assessment was conducted to verify existing conditions. The roofs were in very poor condition and needed replacing. The existing TPO roofing system including rigid board insulation were removed and new Thermoplastic PVC single-ply roofing system was installed.

The existing roof at Vintage High Gymnasium had a solar hot water heating system which was not currently in use and was removed permanently.
