Coleman Elementary is a public school located at 800 Belle Avenue in San Rafael, California and is part of San Rafael City Schools District. The student population of Coleman Elementary is 367 and the school serves Kindergarten through 5th grade.
The project consists of replacing the low slope membrane roofing systems at all buildings and covered walkways at the Coleman Elementary School campus including removing existing roofing to expose substrate and correcting drainage deficiencies, and installing a new roof system and detailing of mechanical curbs and roof mounted equipment
The upgraded roofing system will offer improved thermal performance and enhanced solar reflectivity, contributing to increased energy efficiency for the buildings over time.
Interactive Resources, Inc. conducted an initial roof assessment to verify existing conditions and prepared construction documents, and technical specifications. Construction administration services will be provided during construction for the roof replacement.
