At Interactive Resources, we work closely with building owners and end users to understand their vision and building requirements. In collaboration with our clients, we develop their programmatic, spatial, and functional requirements, focusing on energy saving and sustainable design strategies, code compliance, functionality, cost-effectiveness and aesthetic design principles. We design and specify all building components, from site planning and landscape design through complete interior and exterior building design services. Many of the firm’s architects are LEED® Accredited and Green Building Professionals, and we are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. Architectural services include:
