AIA East Bay Spotlights 7 Stars Holistic Healing Center

Oct 31, 2019

Are you curious about cannabis dispensaries, what they look like, and how they are designed? In collaboration with the AIA East Bay, we recently hosted a site tour of one of our dispensary projects, 7 Stars Holistic Healing Center. This project entailed the renovation and conversion of an existing office building in Richmond, California into a beautiful high-end cannabis dispensary, opening to the public next month.

The facility is a 4,000 sf, two-story retail dispensary space and includes related offices, a lobby, break room and conference rooms. The cannabis dispensary design includes high-end architectural finishes, environmentally-friendly products and warm-wood accents. The dispensary was designed to be a contemporary, comfortable environment with an open-floor layout with modern seating vignettes, several display cases showcasing the many strains of cannabis, and modern industrial chandelier pendant lighting. Check back soon for photos of the finalized project!

The project is nearing completion with the remaining glass, countertops and some finishing touches to remain. We’re very greateful to the owners, Zee Handoush and Joe Dayem for their willingness to show their new facility.
