2nd Floor Mezzanine Tenant Improvement
Interactive Resources recently completed a tenant improvement for a bio-pharmaceutical manufacturer’s office facility located at 5400 East Second Street in Benicia, California. We redesigned and reconfigured a second floor mezzanine level space to create private offices, flexible, open office areas, conference rooms and break-out areas to maximize opportunities for collaboration. In addition to work areas, we designed a new kitchen/break room, instrumentation room, copy room, storage and toilet rooms. Perimeter offices were enhanced with interior windows to visually connect the interior and exterior, allowing borrowed light to pass.
Our design team worked with the client’s color and finish guidelines to create a professional, adaptable, and coherent palette. Light and neutral colors reflect natural light and enhance the openness of the interior.
